Bedrooms, Living Room & Common Areas
- Clean and disinfect all high-contact surfaces
- Clean mirrors, doors and accessible surfaces
- Vacuum carpets and mop hard floors
- Make beds to hotel standard and arrange towels decoratively
Bathrooms
- Full disinfection of toilet, shower, tub and sink
- Clean mirrors and replenish supplies (toilet paper, soap)
Kitchen
- Clean and disinfect sink and countertops
- Clean microwave interior and exterior
- Vacuum and mop floors
Restocking & Quality Control
- Replenishment of basic supplies (coffee, welcome kits)
- Laundry — wash, dry and fold sheets and towels (if machines on site)
- Photo report of any damage or items left by previous guests
Not Included Unless Added or Specifically Quoted
- Purchasing or supplying replacement consumables; restocking uses host-provided inventory unless otherwise agreed
- Inside oven, refrigerator, cabinets, or interior window glass unless separately quoted
- Grill cleaning, heavy pet-hair remediation, stain restoration, or damage repair unless separately quoted
- Exterior/high-access windows, hazardous or biohazard cleanup, mold remediation, pest removal, or hoarding cleanup
- Off-site laundry or linen replacement unless specifically included in the property agreement
