• Form and communication data that you voluntarily provide in commercial inquiries, sourcing/procurement requests, employment applications, messages, or support requests.
• Reasonable operational documentation, such as photographs of site conditions, service issues, or quality-control items when needed to perform or document the service.
• Technical and usage data such as browser, device, approximate IP address, pages visited, and analytics events when those technologies are enabled.

4. Payments & Saved Payment Methods

Electronic payments may be processed by third parties such as Zoho Payments or Stripe. Depending on the selected method, those providers may process cards, ACH, or bank-account verification through their own systems and integrated providers.

Virignack does not need or intend to store full card numbers, security codes, online-banking credentials, or other sensitive financial information maintained directly by the payment processor.

When a client authorizes a saved payment method, autopay, or ACH debit, we retain only the information reasonably necessary to associate the authorization, invoice, and transaction with the client's record.

5. Sharing with Service Providers

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share limited information with providers we need to operate the business and deliver services.

• Payment processors and payment platforms, including Zoho Payments and Stripe when used.
• Email, CRM, forms, e-signature, accounting, calendar, storage, analytics, and other connected business-tool providers.
• Approved contractors or vendors when needed to perform a service coordinated by Virignack, limiting information to what is reasonably necessary.
• Authorities, insurers, or advisers when necessary to comply with law, enforce agreements, or protect rights, safety, and property.

6. Communications

We may contact you by email, phone, or message to manage quotes, access, service, billing, payments, issues, and customer support.

Providing a phone number for service coordination is not by itself consent to automated SMS marketing when separate consent is required.

7. Security & Retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to limit access to information. Sensitive payment data is handled by the applicable payment providers.

We retain records for as long as reasonably needed for operations, contracts, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, insurance, and legal obligations, then delete, de-identify, or appropriately archive them when applicable.

Our website and business intake processes are not directed to children under 13. Although Virignack may provide services at schools or other facilities serving minors, we do not seek to knowingly collect personal information about students through our website or billing processes.
